Becca understands the demands of balancing work, family, friends, community, and a healthy lifestyle. She is a mom to 3 boys and enjoys outdoor adventures such as kayaking, hiking, paddleboarding, and adventure racing.  Weightlifting, boot camp, reading and ice cream are just a few of her passions!

Becca received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Belmont University in 2000. She has served the Davidson and Williamson County areas for the past 22 years. Her primary focus has been sports and orthopedics with ventures into pregnancy and post-partum care, breast cancer, concussion rehabilitation, military physical training, and running injuries.  She has advanced training in various manual therapy techniques such as: McKenzie, Mulligan, Maitland, and International Academy of Orthopedic Medicine.  Becca’s certifications include: IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization), dry needling, kinesiotherapy and rock taping, and select functional movement assessment. Becca also earned her Orthopedic Certification Specialist within the APTA and her CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) with the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

Becca has served as an adjunct professor in the physical therapy program at Belmont University and is a certified Clinical Instructor with the American Physical Therapy Association.  She enjoys teaching the next generation of physical therapists.
